Supporting Families for Eight Years
My path to becoming a doula wasn't planned and yet it fit perfectly in my story. After working with new families for twenty years as a nanny, newborn care specialist, and early childhood educator, I discovered doula work during my first pregnancy and it transformed everything.
I've been a birth and postpartum doula for eight years, supporting families at home, in hospitals, in birthing centers, and everywhere in between. I've witnessed unmedicated births, medicated births, vaginal births, cesarean births, VBACs, and every unique variation.
